We also accept Purchase Orders by fax or email:
  • For non-profit entities – please include your state-issued TAX-EXEMPT CERTIFICATE
  • Shipping is 8% with a $6 minimum
  • For entities not funded by the U.S. government – please fill out/include this CREDIT APPLICATION
  • For schools or libraries that use only a purchase order number versus a physical purchase order document – please fill out/include this PURCHASE AGREEMENT FORM
  • Usborne Books & More School & Library ORDER FORM
